2025
2025 – Record season in WorldWCR and continued category development
The 2025 season marked a major consolidation phase for Klint Forward Racing across multiple championships.
Moto2 World Championship
The team competed once again with its own motorcycle, confirming Alex Escrig and Jorge Navarro in the rider line-up.
Simone Corsi joined the structure as Sporting Director and test rider, reinforcing the technical organisation in order to improve overall championship performance.
FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR)
María Herrera delivered a historic season for the team, winning the 2025 WorldWCR title with an impressive record of 6 victories and 10 podiums in 12 races, scoring 245 points and securing the world crown.
Alongside her, Roberta Ponziani achieved a strong fourth place in the overall standings.
These results represented a major milestone for the team, bringing significant international visibility and prestige.
MotoE World Championship
Klint Forward Racing confirmed its presence in the electric world championship, once again fielding Andrea Mantovani and María Herrera.
Mantovani achieved four podium finishes and one victory and, after leading the championship during the early part of the season, concluded the year in seventh place overall, marking the best final result ever achieved by the rider and team in MotoE.
Additional racing programmes
Beyond the main championships, in 2025 the team also ran dedicated projects in the JuniorGP World Championship and in the 6 Hours of Spa within the Honda Trophy, further demonstrating the team’s versatility and international presence across both national and global competitions.
2024
2024 – New commitment in the FIM MotoE World Championship and WorldWCR
In 2024, the team expanded its sporting programme by debuting in the MotoE World Championship. The rider line-up featured Andrea Mantovani and María Herrera, alongside the team’s well-established presence in Moto2.
This strategic decision underlined the team’s commitment to alternative technologies and sustainability, while further strengthening its competitive positioning within electric motorcycle racing.
At the same time, the team entered the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR). María Herrera quickly became a front-runner, leading the standings from the opening rounds, winning several races and delivering outstanding results for the international team, ultimately securing the World Vice-Champion title.
From a marketing and communication perspective, a multi-year agreement was launched with the Swedish company Klint, which became the Title Sponsor of the team across all championships.
The partnership led to a complete visual and branding refresh, including new liveries, promotional materials and tailor-made digital and social media content for the main partner.
2023
2023 – Forward Racing as an independent manufacturer in Moto2
For the 2023 season, Forward Racing returned to operating fully as an independent manufacturerin the Moto2 World Championship, part of the MotoGP World Championship.
The team confirmed young riders Alex Escrig and Marcos Ramírez on the Forward F2 bike, officially presenting the new technical project and strengthening its long-term strategy aimed at consolidating Forward’s proprietary engineering identity.
